Regis Soublin

Regis is a senior leadership consultant operating at board level, with a track record of delivering international leadership development and succession projects. He has conducted succession and development programmes in Fortune 100 and FTSE 100 companies as well as for private equity backed businesses over most industry sectors. His geographical experience covers Europe and the Middle East.

He has a core expertise in CEO selection and in board effectiveness work and has successfully delivered these programmes in several blue chip multinationals.

He has also extended this expertise to advising HR directors on how to translate the board level approach to the overall talent management of organisations, with the aim of developing the right leadership competencies at all levels.

Regis was previously a senior consultant in the leadership consulting practice of Heidrick & Struggles, where he specialised in board performance reviews and leadership evaluation of top executives and teams. He gained his first experience as a management consultant with Arthur D. Little and Gemini Consulting.

His article on board evaluation best practice was published in Strategic HR Review. He holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands, with particular focus in finance. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and French, and is a member of Cercle de l’Union Interalliée in Paris, France.
