Leading cross-cultural teams, route to the top of CEOs, what it takes for women to reach FTSE 100 boards, transatlantic comparisons of top business leaders, how to attract, develop and retain talent in a shifting global landscape – these are just some examples of the published research projects that Dr Elisabeth Marx has been involved with in recent years. She is also currently working on an analysis of the top 100 UK companies, looking into board composition and company performance.

Dr Elisabeth Marx has written and contributed to many papers on topics such as global leadership, selection and remuneration for senior managers, boardroom trends, international human resources practices, women in senior management and the effect of international careers on professional and personal lives. This is in addition to extensive publication of a variety of papers focusing on clinical psychology.
